We provide free next working day delivery on orders over £30. Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you would like to choose a next day delivery service, you can do so at the cost stated at checkout. Please note that next day deliveries are also bound by working days and subject to a 2pm cut-off time. If you choose this delivery option after 2pm, we will not be responsible for any additional postage costs. We also offer a Saturday delivery service, subject to a cut-off time of Thursday before 2pm.
For our Economy service with Evri, please note that it can take anywhere between 3-7 working days, so please be patient.
Returns & Refunds:
Unwanted products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are still in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way due to hygiene purposes. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order number when you return a product.
For faulty products, if the fault occurs within 90 days of purchase or delivery, we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you receive a damaged product, you can return it to one of our stores within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
Please note that refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them. You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the order number. Shipping with tracking is highly advised as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
Please note that due to the disposable nature of our vapes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Once the product has been used, it cannot be resold or reused. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer replacements or refunds. We advise our customers to carefully review the product description before making a purchase and to ensure that they are selecting the right product to meet their vaping needs.
